Neurotheology

My new search term today is Neurotheology. It is wonderful that scientists are studying connections between the brain and spirituality.

This morning I found an article in CNN archives called Are Humans Hard-Wired For Faith? I believe that the brain is like a hard drive and the spirit is like the software. It is extremely interesting to me that scientists have determined that the frontal lobe, right behind the forehead, is the area that processes prayer and meditation. Of course, their is contoversy as to what the research really means. Who cares! People are paying attention to connections and ideas are being explored in this realm! Ponder that in your frontal lobe.
